Mac App Store 版

データはどこに保存されますか: すべて Mac の中です。アカウントは無く、提供者のサーバーへは送られません。「設定 › データベース」から書き出し・取り込みができます。
無料期間が終わるとどうなりますか: 手書きの議事録とプロジェクト、スライドの閲覧と PowerPoint への書き出しはそのまま使えます。スライドの編集と AI 接続を続けるには「設定 › データベース」から購読してください。
購読の解約・変更は: macOS の「システム設定 › Apple アカウント › サブスクリプション」から行えます。請求と返金は Apple が取り扱います。
AI 機能に料金はかかりますか: アプリからは請求しません。利用者が設定した AI プロバイダの API キーで直接呼ぶので、料金はそのプロバイダから請求されます。
別の Mac へ移すには: 「設定 › データベース」で書き出したファイルを、移行先で取り込みます。購読は同じ Apple ID なら「購入を復元」で引き継げます。

Microsoft Store 版（Windows）

データはどこに保存されますか: この PC の利用者のフォルダの中です。アカウントは無く、提供者のサーバーへは送られません。「設定 › データベース」から書き出し・取り込みができます。
購読の解約・変更は: https://account.microsoft.com/services から行えます。請求と返金は Microsoft が取り扱います。
Mac 版の購読は Windows でも使えますか: 使えません。購読は購入したストアごとです。App Store と Microsoft Store の購読は、互いに引き継がれません。資料は「設定 › データベース」の書き出しと取り込みで Mac と Windows の間を移せます。
PowerPoint のリボンに「AiiB」タブが出ないときは: PowerPoint を開き直してください。それでも出ないときは、PowerPoint の「ファイル › オプション › アドイン」で「PowerPoint アドイン」を選び、AiiB が有効になっているかを確かめてください。
「AiiB から挿入」が使えないときは: AiiB のアプリを開いてから、もう一度押してください。リボンのボタンは、同じ PC の中の AiiB とやり取りして動きます。

Mac App Store edition

Where is my data stored?: Entirely on your Mac. There is no account, and nothing is sent to the Provider. Use Settings › Database to export or import.
What happens when the free trial ends?: Handwritten meeting notes, projects, viewing slides, and PowerPoint export keep working. To keep slide editing and AI connection, subscribe from Settings › Database.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?: In macOS System Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
Do AI features cost extra?: The App does not charge for them. They call the AI provider directly with your own API key, so the provider bills you.
How do I move to another Mac?: Export from Settings › Database and import the file on the new Mac. With the same Apple ID, use "Restore Purchases" for the subscription.

Microsoft Store edition (Windows)

Where is my data stored?: In your user folder on this PC. There is no account, and nothing is sent to the Provider’s servers. Use Settings › Database to export or import.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?: At https://account.microsoft.com/services. Billing and refunds are handled by Microsoft.
Can I use my Mac subscription on Windows?: No. Subscriptions belong to the store where you bought them; App Store and Microsoft Store subscriptions do not carry over to each other. You can move your documents between Mac and Windows with export and import in Settings › Database.
The “AiiB” tab does not appear on the PowerPoint ribbon: Restart PowerPoint. If it still does not appear, open File › Options › Add-ins in PowerPoint, choose “PowerPoint Add-ins”, and check that AiiB is enabled.
“Insert from AiiB” does not work: Open the AiiB app and press it again. The ribbon buttons work by talking to AiiB on the same PC.

PowerPoint add-in (AiiB Align)

Does it cost anything?: It is free, and no account is needed.
How do I install it?: See the add-in page (https://atobhundred.com/en/addin/).
Is the content of my slides sent anywhere?: No. All position and size calculations happen on your device.

MCP connection

How do I connect?: The MCP connector page (https://atobhundred.com/en/mcp/) has steps for Claude, Cursor, VS Code, and others.
It does not connect: Make sure AiiB is open. The URL to register is http://127.0.0.1:8094/mcp.
