Design
Same data, same slide. Only the design changes.
Why it works so well with AI
Slides stored as template + content, not coordinates.
A normal slide is a list of shapes with positions, sizes and colors. Ask an AI to write that and you get long output, broken layouts and a big bill. An AiiB slide is "which template, with what content". The template owns the look. The AI focuses on content and structure.
−82%*1
tokens per slide
The AI never writes out the position or color of a shape, so far less data goes back and forth.
−55%*2
per slide, whole deck
Cost per slide when the in-app AI built a 17-slide deck end to end, including the agent round trips.
0
coordinates rewritten
Templates control the layout, so AI-assisted decks tend to stay aligned and consistent.
*1 Measured by the provider in July 2026: one slide × 3 tasks × 3 runs. AiiB let the AI write only the template fields; the baseline wrote the same slide as SVG from scratch (Claude Sonnet 5). Input + output tokens.
*2 Same measurement: cost per slide of a 17-slide deck built by the in-app AI (round trips included), compared with the baseline per-slide cost from *1. Varies with the deck.
What that means in practice.
01Helps keep AI costs down
Less data goes back and forth because the AI never draws.
02Layouts that hold together
Templates control the layout, so AI-assisted decks tend to stay aligned and consistent.
03The same look every time
The same data always draws the same slides.
04The right format, ready to use
Formats for proposals, analysis, charts and more. The AI picks the ones that fit your content, too.
05Change only what you want
Point the AI at a specific slide or field instead of regenerating the whole deck.
06Review before it counts
Compare deck-wide changes and adopt them when ready. Single-slide changes undo in one step.
07Keep sensitive words out of view
When the AI edits slides, redacted words stay hidden from it.
08Restyle everything at once
Content and design are separate, so you can switch a whole deck's design after it is written.
Real samples
Twenty hard slides, straight out of the app.
A 20-slide business plan for a fictional company: a self-introduction, nested market circles, bubbles, a quadrant, a positioning map, a Sankey, donuts, a radar, an org chart, a roadmap, SWOT, a heatmap, the three-statement bridge. Each one is a template with words and numbers typed in, drawn by the same renderer the app uses. Not screenshots. Switch the design and every page restyles while the data stays the same.
Even after the deck is written, its whole design can change at once. The buttons below run the real renderer inside this page (the same code as the app).

You choose the AI
Any model. The app never charges for AI.
AiiB does not sell AI. It is the place where the AI you chose meets your documents. Paste an API key and that model can read and write your slides, documents and notes.

Content goes directly to the provider you chose. There is no server of ours in between.
Redactions stay hidden from the AI
Redacted words are replaced with tokens before the AI sees them and restored before saving. The AI never learns the original.
Proposals become real only when you accept
Deck-wide changes are compared first. A single-slide change undoes in one step.

Figures and charts
Figures are drawn from numbers and words.
Figures in AiiB are not images. They are drawn from the numbers and words you enter. Every figure here was drawn when this page was built, from the app's figure types and their sample values: frameworks, charts, curves from economics, physics and chemistry, paper figures, even molecular structures.
Handwritten notes, exams and projects are always free. Editing slides, documents and designs, and the AI connection, are Pro. Viewing and exporting stay free even without Pro.

Questions
Where is my data stored?
Entirely on your Mac. There is no account, and nothing is sent to the provider. Use Settings › Database to export or import.
Do AI features cost extra?
The app does not charge for them. They call the AI provider directly with your own API key, so the provider bills you.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. AI is optional. Templates, editing, export, notes, exams and document layout all work without it.
What happens when the free period ends?
Notes, projects, and viewing and exporting slides, documents and designs keep working. To keep editing and the AI connection, subscribe from Settings › Database.
Does it open in PowerPoint?
Yes. Export to .pptx and it opens looking like the preview. Tables stay tables and shapes stay shapes.
How do I move to another Mac?
Export from Settings › Database and import the file on the new Mac. With the same Apple ID, use Restore Purchases for the subscription.
