Like think-cell, AiiB draws business charts from the numbers you enter, and then fits them to your colors, fonts and title style. Not just the charts: the cover, section dividers and body share the same design, and you can switch it all at once after the deck is made.
How it works
Enter data, let the template draw, apply your design
- 1. Enter data
Type numbers into a table or read an Excel file (.xlsx). Contradictions, such as totals that do not match their parts, are flagged before drawing.
- 2. The template draws
Pick from business chart types such as waterfall, Mekko, Gantt, butterfly and cost curve. Difference and CAGR notes are calculated for you.
- 3. Apply your design
Save your colors, fonts and title style as a named design and apply it to the deck. Chart colors follow the design.
- 4. To PowerPoint
Exported charts are real, editable PowerPoint charts with their data, plus shapes. Nothing is flattened into images.

When to use
When AiiB fits
- Finishing a whole deck
When you want the cover, dividers, body and back cover in one design, and to switch it all later.
- Letting AI do the work
When you want your own AI to build and fix decks without breaking the layout, while sensitive words stay hidden.
- Staying inside PowerPoint
If your team already runs on PowerPoint and think-cell, that may well be enough. AiiB exports editable PowerPoint, so the two can work together.
- Keeping data in-house
